I am Ruhee Shaikh, founder of 360 Health and Integrative Nutrition Inc., and I look forward to joining you on your transformative journey.
Let me tell you a little bit more about myself. A certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York, USA), my academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology, and certification in Human Resources Management.
Throughout my corporate career spanning over two decades, I have had the privilege of coaching and counseling friends and colleagues, even before transitioning into the health coaching space professionally. My personal journey has taken me to four countries, where I managed professional commitments, pursued academic endeavors, and fulfilled familial responsibilities.
Now settled in the United States, my passion is to help my clients find balance in their multidimensional health. In my work, I uphold firm values of trust and integrity, respect for all, confidentiality, and an unwavering dedication to my client’s wellbeing.
“I strongly believe that we often limit the definition of health to just physical health. However, staying healthy encompasses so much more than eating healthy and exercising regularly. As the founder of 360 Health and Integrative Nutrition Inc., my aspiration is to spread awareness about the multidimensionality of health and balancing all aspects of health to be truly happy and healthy. I hope to start a ripple effect that results in happier, healthier people, families, and communities.”
Sincerely,
– Ruhee Shaikh
Hi! I’m Ruhee Shaikh—Certified Health Coach, corporate survivor, mom, wife, daughter, and the heart behind 360 Health and Integrative Nutrition. If you’re a woman, and you’re here, you probably know exactly what it’s like to wear a dozen hats every single day. For years, I did too - and still do! As someone who wants to do it all, and do it well, I have committed to my career across four countries, raising a family, investing in constant learning (academic and otherwise!), saying yes to everything and everyone - until I couldn’t anymore.
I thought constantly pushing myself was normal. As I went through professional challenges, transitions within my family as my children grew up, constantly balancing my marriage, and the unique struggles that only women go through as they speed through life - I brushed off the exhaustion, the mood swings, the guilt of never doing “enough.” Sound familiar? My days blurred together until burnout took hold—I was running on empty, yet I didn’t dare slow down. It wasn’t until I hit my lowest, finally asked for help, and started unlearning decades of self-neglect, that I realized: putting yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
